We collect personal information from you, including information

information
- billing or

relationship to the legal information profession
We
collect your personal information in order to:
- provide membership
services; and
- meet our
obligations under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022
Providing
some information is optional. If you choose not to enter your name and
contact information, we'll be unable to provide membership services.
We
keep your information safe by storing it in secure files and only
allowing current National Executive members access (including the Immediate
Past President).
We
keep your information for five years after cessation of membership at
which point we securely destroy it by securely erasing all digital files.
You have the right to ask for a
copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be
corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your
