Advance notice - NZ Law Librarians' Association Symposium

The New Zealand Law Librarians Association is holding this year's Symposium in Wellington. An exciting programme of speakers, a Moys classification workshop and tours of Libraries is planned, so save this date into your calendar.

Key speakers include lawyer, public policy expert and political commentator Linda Clark, creative director of The Goat Farm, Vaughn Davis and newly appointed Lecturer at the School of Information Management, Victoria University Dr Jennifer Campbell-Meier.

The symposium will commence at 10am on Wednesday 3rd September (registration and morning tea from 9.15am) and conclude with lunch on Thursday 4th September. In the afternoon, Gail Griffin will present an optional Moys classification workshop - of interest whether you are new to Moys or just want to find out more about the new 5th edition. Tours of a number of Wellington libraries will also be available.

Registration, including the Symposium dinner, lunches and tea breaks is $200 ($140 without dinner).
