The New Zealand Law Librarians’ Association will be holding their annual general meeting for 2013 on 13 November at 1.05pm.
Details of the NZLLA AGM are below. I am delighted to announce that the meeting will be preceded by a presentation from David Noble, Chief Parliamentary Counsel, as follows:
David Noble, Chief Parliamentary Counsel will provide an update about the New Zealand Legislation Website: http://www.legislation.govt.nz/ covering:-
- the conclusion of the officialisation process begun in 2008
- what will be "issued" as official
- with what effect
- what consequences will there be for the paper printed version
- ...... and for Law Librarians
Please endeavour to be at the venue as close to 1pm as possible, to allow time for this presentation before the AGM.
We will report on the year past and vote the new National Executive into office.
We need a quorum of 20 members and lunch will be provided, so all are encouraged to attend at the following locations:
